1. GENERAL MANAGER,

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury hotel

  • Financial acumen and budget management expertise
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Summary Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations

  • Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure the hotel’s smooth day-to-day functioning

2. DUTY MANAGER (FRONT OFFICE AND F&B)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Previous experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage roles
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

Summary Responsibilities

  • Manage both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations
  • Provide leadership during shifts and assist guests
  • Ensure seamless guest experiences in all areas
  • Coordinate with department heads to optimize service quality

3. HEAD CHEF

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
  • Creative and innovative culinary skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Lead our culinary team with creativity and expertise
  • Craft exceptional menus and maintain food quality
  • Oversee kitchen operations and staff

4. SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in hotel or hospitality sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales-oriented mindset and target-driven

  • Drive sales and revenue for the hotel
  • Build relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies

5. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in hospitality
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

6. ACCOUNTANT
