ZAMMSA

Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) is an autonomous statutory government agency established by the ZAMMSA Act No. 3 of 2019. It is charged broadly with three major responsibilities which include:

  • Procurement of medicines and medical supplies
  • Storage of medicines and medical supplies
  • Distribution of medicines and medical supplies to all public health facilities in Zambia.

In order to enhance our services, we are seeking to employ for the following positions:

 

 

1. Director Operations x1-(ZAMMSA HQ)

  • Minimum qualifications: Must have a Full Grade 12 School Certificate with Five Credits or better, Bachelor’s degree in Public health, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Laboratory Services or a related field. A Minimum of eight (8) relevant work experience in logistics and Supply Chain Management of medicines and Medical products at management level.
  • A Masters Degree in Supply Chain or related field will be an added advantage.
  • Must be member of a relevant professional Body

2. Director Human Resource and Administration x1 – (ZAMMSA HQ)

  • Minimum qualifications: Must have a Full Grade 12 School Certificate with Five Credits or better, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. A Minimum of eight (8) years relevant work experience in Human Resource and Administration at management level.
  • A Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a full member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)

3. Manager-Legal Services x1 – (ZAMMSA HQ)

  • Minimum qualifications: Must have a Full Grade 12 School Certificate with Five Credits or better, Bachelor of Law, Minimum of 8years relevant work experience
  • Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia
  • Must be a member of the Law Association of Zambia

4. Finance and Administration Officer x2-(Choma Hub x1 & Mansa Hub x1)

  • Minimum qualifications: Must have a Full Grade 12 School Certificate with Five Credits or better, ZICA II, ACCA II, CIMA II or Equivalent. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with 4 years’ experience in Finance in a similar role.
