1. Resource Mobilization Coordinator x 2
Seeks to employ a qualified Resource Mobilization Coordinator to support the organization with the planning, development and management of Resource Mobilization activities. The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO, National Program Coordinator. The position will be based at the Secretariat Office in Kafue.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a Resource Mobilization Strategy

2. National Media Advocacy Coordinator x 1
The role of the National Media Advocacy Coordinator is to support the development of and in collaboration with program teams coordinate the implementation of communications, advocacy and campaign strategies, media engagement plans, digital and social media strategies, visibility and communications plans for programs and building Share Vision Network’s brand.
Draft, design, distribute and follow up media releases and letters, and visibility and communications products including reports and newsletters. Prepare key messages, representing SVN on TV, Radio, Newspapers talking points and question and answer documents
The post holder will work to ensure compliance with government requirements on campaigns and advocacy initiatives.
The post holder will lead the production and development of communications materials that are necessary for communication with donors, stakeholders, government, beneficiaries, and Share Vision Network staff members. S/he will work on positive media relations with the local media outlets in Zambia, to boost the public profile of Share Vision Network in Zambia, in addition to supporting program teams on advocacy initiatives.

Ø Lead on Share Vision Network Alert and global campaign efforts through raising public awareness on the impact of climate change, through leading on the implementation of youth led campaign activities, producing social media materials, supporting programs in the organization of high-level advocacy events and media collaboration

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks and responsibilities
- Deploy a strategic plan in assisting Programming Teams to design and initiate emergency response programs/interventions, needs and resources which appropriately address gender considerations and promote the protection and empowerment of women and girls in rural communities.
- Respond to requests and provide advice, assistance and solutions to Regional Coordinators related to gender equality and women’s empowerment and provide technical recommendation and advice to field projects both in development and humanitarian contexts;
- Coordinate capacity development activities involving knowledge sharing, organization of training workshops, awareness raising, seminars and meetings as well as the development of related materials and on-line tools and information kits.
- In close collaboration with all Gender Officers, develop training materials; provide training and coaching on gender to Implementing Partners and SVN’s Head Office staff.
- Help and support practices and actions to promote gender equality and the protection, empowerment and voice of women and girls, such as considering gender composition of beneficiaries, supporting capacity development of women, training, and orientation.
- Initiate and lead gender analysis and assessments to generate regional-specific evidence on gender and other social aspects of technical areas under the SVN mandate and subsequently identify good practices in SVN work and widely disseminate/promote these within the region.
- Provide on the job training and supervise the gender and home economics specialists at National level.
- Assist the National Program Coordinator to develop and improve gender inclusion and awareness and activities including improvement of women and youth conditions and options for smallholders to work with the project enterprises.
- Directly supervise and guide inclusion of gender surveys and activities across the programme portfolio by providing training and supervision for field staff in data collection and analysis, and in particular the training on improved practices using available and improved food sources. This will include the measurement of gender involvement with women as a specific target group of beneficiaries.
- Monitor and oversee regularly the activities implemented focusing on women and men in targeted communities, making sure equal access of both men and women, prepare report, including recommendations for remedial actions as necessary and share findings with the Head Office

The National Girl Child Coordinator will provide leadership and guidance to field officers, program officers and volunteers. To protect and prevent the adolescent girl child or the teen ager from becoming victim of teen age pregnancy, abused and sexually transmitted infections.
