Job Description
Stores Controller (Location: Kitwe)
Minimum Requirements: –
- Degree level or its equivalent
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supply/Diploma in Accounting.
- Paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply/Equivalent recognized professional institute.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position in a reputable manufacturing organization
- Experience in Stock takes and good housekeeping.
- Experience in preparation of Standard Operating procedures and executing.
- Coordinate Regular Inventory Audits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word) and working experience with any ERP software
- Keep updated Inventory records by supervising stock receipts and dispatch.
- Preparation of Re-order level reports, Stock reports and Slow/Nov moving stock reports and any other reports required by management.
