Position Summary

Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Speed Boat Repair Technician to specialize in the maintenance and repair of Suzuki engines, particularly the DF 60 AV model (rated power: 44.1 kW).

Key Responsibilities:

– Diagnose, repair, and maintain Suzuki DF 60 AV engines and other boat systems such as Mercury.

– Conduct routine inspections to identify potential engine or system issues.

– Ensure all repairs meet industry safety and quality standards.

– Provide expert advice on maintenance schedules and best practices for engine longevity.

– Maintain detailed service and repair records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Certificate in Boat Repairs or a similar qualification.

Minimum Grade 12 (G12) certificate.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in boat engine repairs, specifically Suzuki engines.

Strong technical knowledge of the Suzuki DF 60 AV model.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components of speed boats.

Good communication and customer service skills.
