Job Description
Job requirements:
- Conduct site assessments for solar energy projects.
- Design and optimize solar energy systems (PV panels, inverters, storage).
- Perform energy yield simulations and financial analyses.
- Develop technical drawings, specifications, and proposals.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and sales teams.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of solar systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; degree added advantage.
- Proven experience in solar energy system design and implementation.
- Proficiency in solar design software (PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and energy storage.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NEC, IEC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
