Senior Instructor -Heavy Equipment Repair-x2

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Conduct training in Heavy Equipment Repair at artisan level, technician level and short courses in order to meet the skilled manpower requirements of KCM.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan & implement training programmes in order to ensure the delivery of quality training.
• Conduct formative & summative assessments in order to monitor progress and certify trainee competence

• Maintain discipline among trainees in order to enhance learning and inculcate good working attitude. • Implement SHEQ policies in order to promote safety, health and risk awareness among trainees and instructors.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Diploma Heavy Equipment Repair
• 5 years’ working experience Training/Teaching Qualification.
• Good computation skills
