Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Deployment Officer at Geyes Tracking Security Company in Kitwe. The Security Deployment Officer will be responsible for designing, monitoring and customizing security deployment schedules to assigned officers to their respective sites, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systems. Daily tasks include ensuring the efficient operation of security officers deployed to their sites in collaboration with Security Site Supervisors, responding to alerts, and collaborating with clients to address security needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Security Phonetic Language
• Experience in Surveillance Systems
• Knowledge of Access Control and Alarm Systems
• Familiarity with Deployment Scheduling
• Familiarity with Parading Security Officers
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to handle security equipment
• Previous experience in a security-related role is a plus
• Relevant certifications in security management or related field is a plus.
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
