Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate (G12).
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or any related field.
- Knowledge of MS Office package.
About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organized Secretary to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence and communications.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintaining office files and records.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
