About the role:
Our Client is looking for a responsible and professional Sales and Store Representative to coordinate and oversee their organization’s sales procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage, run and oversee the Company Stores & Counter Sales Department in liaison and under the instruction of the Company Sales, Stores and Operations Manager
- Marketing & promoting of all products and services in the company’s portfolio.
- Acquiring new customers for the company
- Acquiring and engaging with sub-dealers of the company to increase wholesales of company products
- Stock inventory management according to company procedures and regulations
- Achieve sales/turnover/profit Targets and Goals set out by the Company
- Handling of Stock Purchases: all Equipment, Material and Spares Purchases
- Assist in managing of Warranty Claims
- Assist with issuing of Materials and Equipment to various projects and sites
- Assisting with the Management and Logistics on Site Projects on Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Mechanical Engineering Sectors.
- Managing Company Tools
- Select good suppliers for the purchase of materials
- Assist in the preparation of a budget for material requirement in stores
- Maintenance of Stores records (bin cards, stores ledger)
- Maintain proper stock levels, avoid store losses, and use proper pricing methods for the issuing of materials in the contracts departments
- Maintain good relationships with Suppliers
- Assist in managing and overseeing the dispatch and allocation of equipment and materials to the company’s contracts, projects and services departments
- Any other duties may be assigned by Sales, Stores and Purchasing Manager and the Directors
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing or any related field
- Must be well spoken and capable of conducting sales conversations with customers
- Experience in Sales and Marketing of consumer electronics is an added advantage
- General basic knowledge of Heating Ventilation Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVAC – R) is of great value
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience or more, in same or similar position
- Must be computer literate at the least competent in Microsoft Office Package
Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
