Keda Zambia Ceramics is a leading company in the ceramic industry, and we are currently looking for passionate and dynamic Sales Specialists to join our team. If you are driven, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of our business, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Secure New Business: Prospect, negotiate, and close contracts with new clients and markets to drive business growth.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager and Supervisor in implementing strategies, objectives, and targets to enhance sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Actively solicit orders from both new and existing customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Development: Help expand Keda Zambia Ceramics’ presence in untapped market areas.
  • Marketing Alignment: Support both internal and external marketing objectives to strengthen brand presence and sales.
  • Problem Solving: Respond promptly to customer issues and resolve work-related challenges on the spot, ensuring seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  •  1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage new markets.
  • Problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting sales targets.

Education:

A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, sales or a related field is Required.
