POSITION SUMMARY

This is not a traditional retail position

The Salesperson will be an active participant in the implementation of sales strategies and help build awareness around our brand and increase stakeholder engagement. Our showroom offers exceptional service to a high-profile client base. Responsible for displaying exceptional customer service, executing and negotiating all sales transactions, and maintaining showroom organization and daily workflow. The person should have an understanding and knowledge of all merchandise in the showroom and the ability and willingness to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Main Responsibilities

▪ Manage the end-to-end customer experience; engaging customers and generating leads

▪ Communicating with customers to ensure they are happy with the showrooms service, designs, and overall customer service

▪ Managing a customer lead bank, generating appointments & managing outstanding quotes to ensure sales are converted through exceptional customer service

▪ Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

▪ Ensure racks are fully stocked

▪ Inform customers about discounts and special offers

▪ Provide customer feedback to the Showroom Manager

▪ Stay up-to-date with Oppein products

▪ Allocating online appointment requests, telephone, and walk-in customers to designers to improve appointment volumes

▪ Ensure showroom kitchen displays are kept in high-quality condition and maintain high standards within the showroom

Training

▪ You will undergo training focusing on our kitchen and home furniture products and learn our systems

ABOUT YOU

Who are we looking for?

Below are some key points about you to consider for your application:

▪ Experience in a retail or sales management role is a plus

▪ 45 working hours a week including weekends and evenings as standard

▪ Customer-focused and prepared to work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment

▪ Results-driven and have experience hitting or exceeding targets

▪ A holder of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field is a plus
