ABOUT US
Uptiphic Creative Limited is a branding, printing, media (photography, videography etc) and creative solutions company. We provide high-quality design, printing, and promotional branding services for businesses and corporate clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing to help us grow by securing corporate deals and increasing revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new corporate clients.
• Build strong relationships with businesses to expand Uptiphic Creative’s market presence.
• Actively generate leads through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.

Marketing & Business Growth

• Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Utilize digital marketing, social media, and offline strategies to attract clients.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

PERFORMANCE & REPORTING

• Set and meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide reports on sales performance and client engagement.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven success in executing marketing campaigns and closing deals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Academic Qualification in Sales, Marketing or any related field.
• Experience in branding, printing, or corporate marketing is an added advantage.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Salary: K3,500 – K5,000
• Commission /Performance Bonuses
