Job Description
1. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
2. Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
3. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
5. Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
6. Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
7. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
8. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
9. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
10. Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
11. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create promotional materials.
12. Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
13. Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure the team meets sales targets.
14. Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities, including ROI analysis.
15. Work closely with other departments (e.g., product development, customer service) to ensure a cohesive approach to market entry and customer satisfaction.
16. Collaborate with international teams if applicable to align strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and market research.
Very good oral and written English skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
