A leading group of companies in Zambia is seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales & Marketing Group Head to lead its sales and marketing efforts across multiple business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee brand positioning, market research, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Lead and manage sales teams across different business units to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure strong customer relationships and high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of senior sales and marketing experience, preferably in a multi-business environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
