Job Summary
GardaWorld is a worldwide security services provider that aims at providing world class security services. The Sales and Marketing representative is an integral part to the growth and the success of GardaWorld. The Sales and Marketing Representative must be a highly motivated individual who seeks to advertise, market and sell GardaWorld Services to a fast-developing market. This role involves not just selling our services but maintaining the working relationships with our clients and keeping sales up with various services even to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- The employee is expected to market and sell GardaWorld services to various potential clients
- Be part of a team that is proactive in chasing potential sales lead
- Maintain a constant record of all pipe-line clients and make follow ups with clients
- Work with the rest of the team to coordinate movements and sales plans
- Ensure you achieve sales targets within stated schedule
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Acting as the liaison officer between customers, and company sales, technical and operational staff.
- Promoting all company products through increasing emphasis on new sales of innovative security solutions (electronic and manned security)
- Confirming appointments, quotations, and service orders
- Booking installations, service, and survey visits to client’s premises by operations and technical staff.
- Analyse feedback from any client communications and customer retention.
- Customer relationships maintenance by keeping in touch with customers and reporting any complaints raised to the relevant office
- Explaining to the clients the correct security measures that should be put in place to protect their property.
- Operating and keeping the company sales database up to date
- Posting of daily alarm service records sheets
- Keeping track of the sales from initial sale to closing of the sale
- Liaising with Stores officer to facilitate timely delivery of installation materials from our suppliers.
- Assisting in debt collection by contacting clients within the Sales executive remit and ensuring payments are made on time
- Keep up to date on trends, market practice and promotional trends
- Provide reports on a weekly basis on sales done to the Sales and Marketing Lead
Any other leads as may be prescribed by Management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum certificate or diploma from a recognized institution in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Public Administration, or related field
- Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Minimum two to three years of sales and marketing experience with at least 3 verifiable references
- Must have a clean driver’s license minimum 2 years of driving experience
