Position Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales team to achieve targets, develop customer relationships, and expand market reach. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and execution of sales initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and team management.
