Job Description
JOB ADVERT – SALES MANAGER
Aller Aqua Zambia Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Manager. The role reports to the Managing Director and will be based at our Lusaka office.
Job purpose
The Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating the sales function to deliver set turnover objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Growing volumes profitably in the third-party channel.
- Service and maintain company-related customer accounts.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary to senior management.
- Gathering and interpreting market intelligence to inform Aller Aqua Zambia’s sales strategy.
- Building and developing strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Scheduling, booking and managing the transportation of local and export cargo including export documentation and certification.
- Managing Aller Aqua Zambia’s Retail Outlets that are located across Zambia.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Be a brand ambassador for Aller Aqua Zambia and reflect company values at all times.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving & negotiation skills
- Computer Literate
- Valid Driver’s Licence
