Job Description


Tsapo Industries Zambia Limited, is a fast-growing Organization in commercial vehicle dealership specializing in the supply, delivery, service, and maintenance of FAW Trucks, Golden dragon buses, and Lovol earthmoving equipment.

DUTIES

  • Market and Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects/customers.
  • Undertake new business development initiatives.
  • Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance from throughout the sales process and after sales
  • Researches the market and recommends new opportunities (Gathering Marketing Intelligence).
  • Identifies market trends/developments and conveys the information to senior managers.
  • Compiling weekly reports. Attain Full product knowledge by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  • Qualify prospective buyers by understanding their requirements, interests and matching these interests to various models.
  • Up sales by explaining warranties, services and other after sales incentives
  • Closes sales by, negotiating best prices, completing sales process and purchasing contracts up to handover.
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports in time.
  • Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
  • Updates product knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • To achieve and exceed the sales target given for the sales of our full range of commercial vehicles
  • To provide excellent support to our customers on all matters pertaining to the sales of our vehicles
  • To create highly satisfying buying experience for our customer and build strong relationships with them
  • Travel to different places of the country to build relationships with prospective clients
  • Orchestrate in-person visits to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and goals
  • Do market research, competitor analysis and understanding client needs
  • Actively contribute to market and brand expansion activities
  • Coming up with market expansion strategies
  • Being abreast with market trends and implementing them to our sales plan

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum and Ideal Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years relevant experience.
  • He/ She must have experience in motor industry.
