Job Description


Established in 2018, Eleora has grown into a household brand creating memorable and unique fine jewelry pieces. The business is currently expanding and requires a Sales Executive who will be responsible for increasing the sales of the business, by identifying local and international leads and closing sales with them.

The role is based in Lusaka, Zambia, however the candidate will be expected to manage customers from across the globe.

The specific roles of the Sales Executive will be

i) Greeting customers and providing them with information in a friendly but professional manner

ii) Listening attentively to customers needs and giving explicit explanation to satisfy the customers needs.

iii) Present the customer with the needed jewelry while providing information such as pricing, the weight, quality and cut of gemstones.

iv) Entertain customers questions and answer respectfully

v) Help customers make the right decision so they buy the right jewelry.

vi) Communicate with other departments of the business to ensure orders are processed correctly

vii) Process debit/credit card and other payments correctly and issue receipts.

viii) Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory and processing sales records.
