Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Utilize lead generation tools and software to optimize efficiency.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and content marketing.
Lead Qualification:
- Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, decision-making authority, and interest level.
- Conduct initial conversations with potential leads to understand their needs and pain points.
Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns to maintain engagement and build relationships.
- Provide valuable content and information to potential leads.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to identify bottlenecks and optimize the sales process.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Track record in lead generation and sales development (Advantage but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) not essential, full training will be given.
- Willing to learn and coachable.
