Job Description


We are currently looking to recruit on part-time and commission basis, self-motivated, highly driven, enthusiastic, energetic, and innovative individuals (employed or not) based in the following locations: Lusaka, Ndola and Kitwe to fill the DIRECT SALES AGENT positions;

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and manage sales corporate workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Conduct training needs assessments for corporate clients
  • Compile weekly reports to the Sales Team Leader.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Conducting presentations on the company products and services
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all company products/services.
  • Attendance of Product training sessions

 

 

Qualifications

  • Full Grade Twelve Certificate
  • Knowledge of the corporate training and development will be an added advantage.
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing and business-related field
  • Result and target oriented
  • Good Communication and presentation Skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good Selling and Marketing skills

Please note the positions are purely on commission basis.
