Enable and support customer supply chain.
Automated order entry and Reverse Message Setup (order automation, BOT processing, APWeb, EDI, etc.).
Project Management for Customer Outbound logistics.
Implement Distribution concept on customer basis to achieve targeted logistics costs (Analysis, PDCA-Loop).
Consulting of local departments (Sales, Marketing, Fin) for DiSS (Diagnostic Service System) processes.
Process and Manage Customer Orders or Reverse Messages.
Monitoring and Resolving issues on electronic order process , APWeb or other order methods.
Supporting with analyses of Customer order behaviour.
Interaction with Central functions and Customers.
Target contracting & collaboration aligments with central departments (SMS, TSS, FIN, LOG, CFA, CTG).
Customer Survey Measures and improvements for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Customer interface for delivery and order optimisation.
Regional Process Consultant.
Support ICO (Information Coordination Officer) team with clarification of standard processes and BR (Business Request) creation.
Establish network with Global Process Consultant and regular engagment to represent APS needs / Inputs.
Analysis on deviation, management of measures, cockpit chart creation and KPIs.
Sales, Logistics and Customer Supply Chain Proxy (Manage SLC ASEAN in absence of Manager).

What distinguishes you

Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management
2-3 years knowledge about supply chain
Seeks development of his/her own specialist field and reliably assesses the impact on own area of responsibility
Controls and optimizes processes, determines decision-making progress and required resources
Masters management tools and methods, effectively uses media
Market and customer orientation, strategic approach
Knowledge of ERP and logistic processes
Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash processes, Supply Chain
Data interrogation skills (e.g. Excel, Access), IT-knowledge (e.g. MS-Office)
Knowledge of local order to cash and sales planning processes
Confident in presenting, leading/moderating talks, meetings and workshops
Ability to do business in intercultural environments,make contacts, create and use networks
Ability to manage difficult discussions and to listen actively
Ability to negotiate and handle conflicts constructively
Structure and present thoughts clearly
