As an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will be supporting the growth of Bosch by coordinating strategic projects and supporting our Management in the

day-to-day tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate strategic projects steered by the Management, with direct Project Management responsibility over few of them.
Coordinate communication with headquarters, local management and business divisions.
Prepare and coordinate meetings for the General Manager, write meeting minutes, follow up open point lists.
Prepare and organize relevant visits for the General Manager, including travel management and expense claims.
Drafting of presentations in Power Point.
Organize local events, team building activities and staff meetings.
General administrative and secretarial tasks.

What distinguishes you

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Excellent networking, communication and organizational skills
Flexibility and multi-tasking
Minimum 3 year experience in a comparable role
