REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reporting To: Company President
Interacts With: Management and Employees

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law.
Responsible for ensuring that company operations comply with internal standards.
Ensure that the company stays abreast of regulatory standards and fulfills the role of an in-house expert, keeping an eye on all developments and ensuring that compliance processes are fully implemented
Coordinate with any certification audits as well as any
Responsible for Risk and Assurance role for the company
Safety Assurance – ensure safety standards are adhered to
Operations – Internal compliance, Legal and Regulatory compliance
Audits and Assurance
Customer Relations – maintain and enhance customer relations
Administration – reporting and general administration
Manage team performance

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience: 5 years plus
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Legal /Business/Commerce/ Finance Degree/CIA; Masters in Legal (ideal)
Software: MS Office
Knowledge Of: Business knowledge and Regulation knowledge
Skills To: Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Ability To: Manage and priorities work
Other Requirements: Valid Drivers License
