As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office while delivering exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors warmly, provide assistance, and direct them to the appropriate offices or departments.

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally or redirected appropriately.

Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining accurate records for delivery.

Maintain and organize office correspondence, ensuring an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic documents.

Support management with travel and accommodation arrangements for meetings, conferences, and official visits.

Oversee the monitoring and restocking of office supplies, ensuring availability and maintaining inventory records.

Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment to minimize disruptions in daily operations.

Prepare, format, and type correspondence, reports, and other office documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate in Business Administration, Front Office Management, or a related field (a diploma is an added advantage).
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage time efficiently and perform well under pressure.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
