Olymai travel and tours

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Woodlands Lusaka.
Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors, clients, in a warm and welcoming manner.
Answering and directing telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Providing administrative support to staff as needed.
Scheduling appointments and managing meetings
Assisting with other general office duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office Suite).
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

Grade 12 certificate d

Diploma in any business course
