Job Description

Quantity Surveyor
Position Availability (1)
5 + years experience in mining and road works
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
- Preparation of preliminary cost plans for a project
- Advise on cost estimates concerning the design development of a project
- Advise on procurement, tendering and contractual procedures and arrangements
- Reviewing project plans and preparing quantity requirements
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
