Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the reporting compliance efforts of the school and ensure that all operations of the school and its partners meet compliance benchmarks and delivery of quality programmes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
- Reports all issues of non-compliance to the Executive Director and provides all required data for the evaluation of new and existing educational standards and protocols.
- Maintains a database for compliance tracking and monitors school’s adherence to to state law, rules and regulations and policy.
- Works closely with the Executive Director on all data projects involving charter and partnership schools.
- Provides data and analysis to the planning department as needed.
- Develops, compiles and publishes the Annual School Report and the annual Partnership School Report.
- Analyzes significant school innovations and makes recommendations to the Executive Director for replication.
- Serves as a thought partner for school quality education regarding all educational services offered
- Provides needed data and prepares reports for charter and partnership schools.
- Supports all members of staff in the use of data to inform decision making.
- Develops, implements and maintains the Office of Innovation’s performance management process.
- Provides all required data for charter renewals and the evaluation of new and existing charter schools.
- Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator.
- Required to attend scheduled shift during regular business hours as mandated.
- Required to have prompt, regular attendance in-person and be available to work on-site, in-person during all call of duty assignments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Educational Statistics, Educational Planning, Educational Standards, or Educational Administration or Curriculum and Instruction
- Applied knowledge of data systems common to the educational setting (e.g., student information systems, student assessment data, teacher evaluation data, etc.).
- Proficient in the use of Stata, R, SPSS and other statistical software.
- Project management, analytical and strong critical thinking skills required.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt as needed between diverese learning environments
