1. Project Manager (Civil Engineering) Male or Female above 26, 1year contract subject to review

We’re seeking a Project Manager with a Civil Engineering degree, BOQ expertise, valid driver’s license, EIZ membership, and a minimum of 2 years’ progressive project management experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Create project plans, manage resources, and ensure adherence to scope and budget.
Analyze BOQs, estimate costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise teams, mitigate risks, and maintain documentation.
Foster client relationships and ensure quality project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
EIZ membership and valid driver’s license.
2+ years of progressive project management experience.
Proficiency in BOQ analysis and project methodologies.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
