Early years teachers work in pre-school classes with children aged between two and five. They plan and carry out activities in line with the requirements of the school. This involves developing work schemes and lesson plans to motivate children, imaginatively using resources to help them learn and in doing this, providing children with exceptional child care at an international level for a local affordable price.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 20 years old and above
• Must be a Christian with at least 3 years’ testimony of Christian faith
• Qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• At least two years teaching experience.
• Ability to relate positively to young children, parents and staff.
• Fluent in English, both reading and writing
• Demonstrate success in working as a member of a team.
• Demonstrate an ability to work successfully with community-based agencies and building partnerships.
• Demonstrated supervision skills
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) training and experience necessary to develop consistent, stable, and supportive relationships with very young children.
