Job Description
Nkhuni Farm Lts is currently looking for an experienced Poultry Butcher to work in the abbatoir.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience of the full slaughtering process till the stage of packing.
- Must have knowledge on how to operate the Defeathering Machine/Plucking Machine and other processing equipment
- Ensure proper records are kept of the stock coming in and leaving the farm.
- Must be willing to stay on an off-grid farm
- Must be willing to assist in the poultry house during off-peak time.
