Job Description
Talent Plug HR Solutions is a leading provider of scalable recruitment and HR solutions in Zambia. Our primary services are recruitment and full cycle HR consultancy, specialising in sourcing the brightest individuals for some of the Zambia’s leading organisations. Our Client is hiring for multiple roles and we are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions:
1.0 People & Culture Manager x 01
Main Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring high employee satisfaction.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and enhance career growth.
- Establish and oversee performance evaluation processes, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement.
- Manage competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs to attract and retain employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations and workplace disputes effectively.
- Champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Monitor HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ZIHRM certification required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Zambian labor laws and employee relations.
- Proven ability to lead culture-building initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HR systems, performance management tools, and engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
