1. Position Title
Intern – Partnerships and Communications

2. Location: Onsite at PRS 365 Ltd. Office located at Plot No. 86 Independence Avenue, Lusaka, Zambia.

3. Duration: 4 months

4. Reporting to: The Partnerships and Communications Officer, with oversight from the Partnerships and Communications Director.

5. Purpose of the Position
To support PRS 365 Ltd.’s Communications and Business Development Unit by handling administrative tasks, executing marketing strategies, and managing communications to ensure smooth operation of the Unit as well as any other assigned roles and responsibilities.

6. Key Responsibilities
A. Administrative Support
i) Assist in scheduling meetings, and events related to the Thought Leadership Program.
ii) Maintain and update databases and contact lists.
iii) Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings and follow-up on action items.
iv) Organize and manage files and documents related to the program.

B. Marketing Support
i) Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans to promote the Thought Leadership Program.
ii) Support the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
iii) Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the program.
iv) Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns.

C. Communications Support
i) Draft and edit communications materials including press releases, blog posts, and newsletters.
ii) Assist in maintaining the program’s website and ensuring content is current and relevant.
iii) Coordinate with media contacts and stakeholders to disseminate information about the program.
iv) Handle inquiries related to the Thought Leadership Program (TLP) and provide relevant information to interested parties.

D. Event Coordination
i) Assist in planning and organizing events such as webinars, fireside chats, and other networking events.
ii)Coordinate logistics including TLP intro and/or prep sessions, refreshments and participant check-in prior to Show-Day.
ii) Prepare event materials and assist in post-event follow-up and reporting.

E. Research and Analysis
i) Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partners.
ii) Analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts and provide reports and recommendations.

F. And any other administrative, marketing, and communications roles and responsibilities assigned.

7. Qualifications
i) Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
ii) Strong organizational and administrative skills.
iii) Excellent written and verbal communication (interpersonal) skills.
iv) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
v) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
vi) Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
vii) Prior experience in administration, marketing or communications is a plus.
