1. MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Officer
• Managing social media platforms including content creation and curation
• Managing the promotion and positioning of our brand, products, and services.
• Developing marketing plans and strategies
• Creating advertising campaigns and developing pricing strategies and targeting strategies.

2. IT ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Assist the IT Officer
• Create and manage websites
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Testing new technology

3. ASSISTANT GRAPHIC DESIGNER, PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER

Responsibilities

• Assist the Graphic Designer and Videographer
• Create visual content
• Communicate ideas that inspire
• Design advertising content
• Video editing

4. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Director
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
• Be the right hand person to the Executive Director
