Job Description
RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility for a processing line
- Responsible for machine maintenance and repairs of the processing line
- Responsible for achievement of daily production targets on the line
- Responsible for product quality on the processing line
- Ensure that process waste is capped within the stipulated limits
- Managing a team of subordinates
- Conduct reconciliation of daily production
- Make reports to the Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade twelve (12) School Certificate
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Technician
- At least Three (03) Years of experience in Manufacturing
- Exposure to Filter/Cigarette making environment is advantageous
