Centicus Energy Limited is a leading management consultancy company with a diverse range of services. The company is currently recruiting for the role of Operations Supervisor whose major function will be to manage the company’s Truckpark facility, administration and security wing.

Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage on-site teams, and ensure the smooth running of the Truck Yard facility. This includes monitoring activities, maintaining order, and reporting to senior management.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Operational Management*: Oversee daily operations, including security, administration, janitors, and cafeteria.
2. *Team Management*: Supervise security personnel, administrative staff, janitors, and cafeteria staff.
3. *Reporting*: Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on operations, sales, marketing, and security.
4. *Sales and Marketing*: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the truck yard services.
5. *Security and Safety*: Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain a safe environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
6. *Administrative Tasks*: Manage administrative functions, including record-keeping and correspondence.
7. *Maintenance and Repairs*: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment.
8. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

*Requirements*

1. 4+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.
4. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office , social media management, and emails.
5. Valid driver’s license.

*Desired Qualifications*

1. Experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
2. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
3. Certification in operations management or a related field.
