ESSENTIALS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for front office operations and ensure due diligence in operational procedures, thereby reducing exceptions in routine branch audit/Risk inspections and examinations.
- Enhance customer data confidentiality through centralized coordination of client files, edit rights and modifications.
- To ensure effective turnaround, quality of transaction documentation, and control.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities at the branch through interactions and feedback with other stakeholders as well as customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade Twelve Certificate.
- Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other Business-Related Diploma from a reputable institution.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing. or should have worked in a client –facing role.
