1. Job Title: Motorbike Rider (X2)

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivery Responsibility: Deliver parcels, small packages, and other assigned items to customers in a timely manner. Be proficient in navigating the routes in Lusaka to ensure efficient and prompt deliveries.
• Record and Service: Keep accurate records of delivery details and customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service and establish solid relationships with clients.
• Auxiliary Work: Assist in loading and unloading products as required. Take responsibility for cleaning the motorbike and ensuring it is in good working condition. Have basic mechanical knowledge.
• Experience Requirement: Have proven experience working as a motorbike rider and be able to meet the weekly cash targets.
• Other Matters: Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor. It is necessary to own a smartphone.

Requirements:

• Clean Motor Bike license with a valid Class A (must be at least 1 year old).
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (conversant with English and local languages).
• Pays attention to detail.
