We seek to recruit suitable and qualified candidates for the position of MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather data from various sources, including databases, internal systems, and third-party tools.

Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.

Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Management Information Systems (MIS):

Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for different departments.

Automate reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of critical business insights.

Monitor MIS performance and troubleshoot system issues as needed.

Translate data into clear, concise visualizations, charts, and presentations for decision-makers.

Performance Monitoring:

Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.

Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to align data solutions with organizational goals.

Liaise with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.

Data Security and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.

Safeguard sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.

Training and Support:

Provide training to end-users on accessing and interpreting MIS tools and reports.

Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting data-related issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field is an added advantage

Work Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or MIS roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, or MS Access).

Strong statistical and mathematical skills for data modeling and forecasting.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Certifications (Optional but Preferred):

Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.

Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP).

Google Data Analytics Certification or similar qualifications.

Other Requirements:

Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

Knowledge of data privacy and governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
