Job Description
Mechanic- Heavy Equipment (1 Position)
Reporting to the Senior Workshop Foreman
Job Summary
Responsible for Diagnoses, services and repairs of various systems that are found on pieces of light vehicles and heavy equipment machinery such as mechanical and computer electronic controls, air brake systems and transmissions. Etc whilst upholding high safety, maintenance standards, statutory and domestic regulation compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Diploma/Craft or Advanced Certificate Heavy duty equipment repair.
- Experience in a mining company will be an added advantage
- Registered Member of EIZ
- Minimum of Five (5) years Experience
