Title: Manager – Service Delivery & Projects

OVERALL PURPOSE
Responsible for ensuring that operations linked to the efficient and effective provision of services are performed in a seamless manner to satisfy the needs of internal Zamtel customers, as well as coordinate the implementation of IT projects within
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Business, ICT or Project Management
Professional Registration:
Project Management certification
Minimum Experience :
5 years’ experience in the implementation of projects
Key Skills:
Good understanding of the business and service environment Broad technical knowledge
