Manager – Retail Operations – B4 (1)

Reporting to the Head – Operations, the job holder will Develop and implement a Branch Operations plan that facilitates the delivery of quality products and excellent customer service delivery aross the bank’s branch network including cash centres and Teller Implant Services as well as develop and sustain customer-focused service delivery organisation

Summary of the Main Duties/Accountabilities

The Job Holder will carry out the following duties among others:

• Participate in the Strategic Planning in the Department;
• Support Branch Operations
• Risk Management
• Adhere to regulations set by Regulatory Bodies; and
• Conduct Performance Management for subordinate staff

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 School Certificate or the GCE Equivalent
• Degree in Banking or relevant field.
• Minimum of Five (5) Years’ Industry experiences/expertise
• At least Two (2) Years in a Managerial role
• MBA, an added advantage
