The employment tasks includes to:

(a) Actively drive growth in customer numbers and ensure full adherence to the customer
on-boarding policies and procedures.
(b) Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the
company’s mission.
(c) Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the
management and executives for implementation.
(d) Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data
management and delivery.
(e) Drafting professional documents and action plans for the Company in collaboration with
other staff and conduct timely reporting and presentations.
(f) Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and quality to improve accuracy,
viability and value.
(g) Provide interactive real-time dashboards and key perfomance indicators using relevant
microsoft power business intelligence tools such as SQL and python.

Qualifications:

A minimum of Diploma in Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related fields.
