We are looking for a highly motivated Junior women’s Football Coach who will concentrate on grassroots youth football development.

The successful candidate must have relevant football coaching qualifications and must be willing to work variable shift patterns depending on training needs, matches and tournaments.

Job Purpose

To plan and deliver safe enjoyable ability specific coaching sessions that are both structured and progressive

Essential Qualifications

• FIFA, CAF C OR FAZ D qualification
  At least 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar role

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and listening skills
  A flexible approach
  Good organisational skills

Essential Experience

• A good knowledge of youth football development for girls
  A good understanding of national and local football in Zambia

Desirable Experience

• Awareness of child protection/safeguarding
