Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Invoicing Assistant located in Ndola. The Invoicing Assistant will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, managing financial statements, utilizing accounting software, conducting accounting tasks, liaising with clients, and supporting finance and bookkeeping activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
Financial Statements and Accounting skills
Experience with Accounting Software (QuickBooks/SAP a bonus)
Knowledge of Finance, Bookkeeping, and Customer Service practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Minimum qualification: Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
