1. Intern Front Desk Operator

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Intern Front Desk Operator to join our team. As an Intern Front Desk Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest requests and queries
  • Provide information about the facilities
  • managing incoming inquiries
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • handling reservations and payments.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Must have a High School Certificate, Recently graduated with Degree or Diploma in
  • hospitality, Business Administration or customer service preferred.
  • Passionate about front desk operations or customer service role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact
  • professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate facility hours and events.
