Information Technology Technician

Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to support GPS tracking, CCTV installation & monitoring, IP & landline system setup, and IT-related tasks in a logistics environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, experience in fleet tracking solutions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage reports, data, and communication effectively.

Required Skills

• Experience in GPS tracking, CCTV installation, and IP/landline systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with remote monitoring software.
• Experience with logistics operations and fleet tracking systems.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, and IT networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze fleet data and create performance reports.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Abel to fix office equipment like printer, computer etc.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

1. Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
2. Degree in Computer Studies / Information Technology.

Professional Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of experience and above.
2. Experience in Gps monitoring and installing, camera installing and troubleshooting.
