The IT Officer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the organization’s IT infrastructure and end-users. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, assisting with network administration, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT resources.

• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  Design, implement, and maintain scalable server systems
• Monitor server performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Manage backup and recovery of server data
• Install, program and maintain EPABX analog and IP intercom systems
• CCTV programming and maintenance
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with team members and top management,
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of server systems with other systems and applications.

Professional Qualification & Experience 
Experience: 2 years plus
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related field
Software: Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux/Unix-based server system
Knowledge Of: Experience with latest technologies
Skills To: Problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and documentation skill
Ability: To work independently as well as within a team environment
