Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Employee Relations:
Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Cultivate a positive work environment by fostering open communication and proactively addressing employee relations issues.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and other relevant HR initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with benefits providers to optimize offerings and communicate changes to employees.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
